Existing parent can’t login, has new email address

I have a parent with an existing Scoutbook account that has changed jobs. She no longer has access to the email address in scout book as it is from her previous employer. I am unable to change her email address in scout book since she has already established her account. We have tried everything to get her to be able to login and do it herself, but she is unable to login, and I can only assume the recovery emails go to her nonworking previous email address. Her member ID is 13230163 and her user ID is 1905174
The email we need to use is: rla9@numail.org

If the bot does not work to reset the password, the user should contact the Council. They can reset my.scouting.org passwords. Once the password is reset, the user can log in to both my.scouting.org and Scoutbook and update her e-mail address.
