I am looking for some help for one of my parents. She is in able to login to Scoutbook and can’t use the password reset option due to have a bad email account she can’t access either. Chicken and the egg here not sure which issue has to be addressed first. Appreciate the assistance

Sometimes the various accounts of a user do not match up and we can kind of fix if you want to post the BSA #
