Hello all, hopefully this is an easy one as I think should be.
We have 2 scouts that didn’t renew with us at the start of the year due to some family issues but now want to renew. They are still in our roster but just not active, so not in scoutbook. They are marked “Eligible to Renew” so my question is, are they still able to be renewed via my.scouting?
Reason why I am asking this is we had asked this question to council and had a weird answer that basically said no, we had to follow some manual process which didn’t seem right to me.
Thoughts?
