Hi, I have a family who has lost their access to Scoutbook over the years and I am trying to get them reconnected. I think the parents are two different issues, but I am stuck on both.
This is regarding Scoutbook UnitID: 44731 and ScoutUserID=1710185
The father is member id: 13231057. He doesn’t remember his username. We’ve tried to recover his username on the forgot password page, but it shows that it can’t be found even ensuring we’re using the member id/email/DOB listed in the profile.
The mother appears to have two accounts. One is member ID: 134359936, the other errors out and doesn’t show a number. The email associated with the one that errors out is k****@comcast.net. Whenever she logs in with the account associated with that email she receives an error that says “No Scoutbook Plus Access”. Her account was working well before, but was having trouble renewing her Scout and our Council changed something on her account while helping her with that which seemed to break her Scoutbook access.
