Need Help with Parent with Multiple "Accounts" and Can't See their Scout

Good morning. We have a Scout that has been in our troop a couple years and his parents have no issues seeing him in Scoutbook. His younger brother just crossed over and now they are reporting that they can no longer see him in Scoutbook after the transfer from the pack to the troop.

**EDIT: the dad can see both scouts but the mother cannot. Sorry for the confusion.

The mom has at least three separate accounts that I can see under one email address. Under one Scout she shows 2 accounts and the other scout she shows 3. Two of the accounts lead to “no data/no member ID” error messages. The others are member IDs 134710144 and 140647903. I assume her various accounts need to all be combined into one.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.


@JonathanKing1 I think that is fixed - I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number 134710144
