My account under 1939645 is an admin for the unit 14804985 is in.
Their first name N*** is correct but their whole name has their father’s name A**** instead.
So the search on Scoutbook Plus shows their wrong name and their den record in classic Scoutbook shows their wrong name.
The council said they couldn’t fix this issue.
@KevinCarlyle A Pack Admin needs to change the Scout’s nickname / preferred name in Scoutbook Plus.
In Scoutbook Plus, a Pack Admin needs to click on the Scout’s name
Then click on the “Personal Info” tab.
Under the Scout’s name, you should see a box for “Preferred Name”.
Change the preferred name.
Then click “Save Changes”.
The worked! Quirky issue that their name changed at all though
