Incorrect Name

I had a mother do something while trying to gain access that changed her son’s name to hers in scoutbook. IA is correct. Council has looked into it and everything they can edit is correct on their end.

@CamilleNewsom She changed the Scout’s nickname / preferred name. A Pack Admin should be able to fix it:

  1. In Scoutbook, click on the Scout’s name (it will look like her name).
  2. Click on “Edit Profile”, and this will take you to the Scout’s profile in Internet Advancement.
  3. Change the “Preferred Name” back to the Scout’s name.
  4. Scroll down and click on “Save Changes” to save.

The preferred name is blank.

@CamilleNewsom Try putting his first name in there, and then save changes.
