I have a parent den leader who’s name is now showing up as the scout name in scoutbook. In internet advancement, the scout’s name is correct. The den leader/parent is correct, it just is showing as the scout as well. How do I fix this? SB user ID of scout is 12841605.
Check the Scout’s nickname / preferred name in Internet Advancement.
I am unable to edit anything in Internet Advancement.
Internet Advancement looks primarily to the positions / roles at my.scouting.
You might need to ask your unit’s Key 3 to make the change at my.scouting.
You can even edit their preferred name? Usually saving their profile will force an update in all of the systems.
