I have one of our distric commissioner that can access his my.scouting.org account because he forgot his password. He tells that he tries to hit forgot password but the system doesn’t do anything.
He tries to contact our concil but the person is not available. The scout id is 12703169.

Only Council or user can reset passwords. He can try the BOT at bottom right of my.scouting.org - but sounds like his email might be bad in system

Betty Bot will tell you if you used Google or Apple login.
Regarding email address, district K3, among others, can look up his email and edit if necessary.
