Trouble receiving password reset emails

I’ve got a camp staffer that’s trying to complete her paperwork but can’t get back into the my.scouting account she started. I told her to go reset her password, but she says she’s not receiving any confirmation email to reset the password.

Now, something might be wrong with her email, because it keeps kicking back emails that I send to her google account as well.

She doesn’t have a member ID yet because she hasn’t submitted her youth app to PTAC yet. I don’t know if I should list her email here, or wait to start a DM to have her email switched to a different one so I can get her logged in.

If she has a my.scouting.org ID she has a member number. Her Council can reset the password.

Creating a log in to my.scouting.org creates a Member ID - like Ed said, council can help as long as the zip code she used is in council.
