Forgotten password and old email address

I have a parent that has forgotten her password. The problem is the email tied to the account is her old work email, and she is having issues with the forgot password link because of this.

Is there a way I can help her to update the email so she can regain access? Thanks.

what is the BSA number or User ID and we can see if we can reset it
