We have a parent who hasn’t logged into Scoutbook in a while and can’t recover information. Probably still using an email address for username and not an updated username. What can we do to reset their username, password, etc.? Thank you.
Have they tried the “Forgot Password” link?
Yes, they can’t get any combination to send a reset link.
