Cub scout left pack for karate and wants to return but I am no longer connected to him and he does not show on our roster. How to I add him back?
If the parents were connected, they can add a unit admin as a connection. If they are not connected, and the Scout is already on the official roster in member manager at my.scouting.org, you will need to send an e-mail to scoutbook.support@scouting.org requesting the Scout be connected to you so you can add him to your roster.
If the Scout is not on the member manager roster, once the council processes his application, he will be placed on your Scoutbook roster.
