Frustrated Parent

Our troop has a parent that has connected to the account but now is no longer able to access it. We as a troop are unable to assist this parent, would you be able to reset is password or send him a link to accomplish this?

There is a “self service bot” called Betty at they can help some. If not, then your council can reset the password.


What I can see the parent logged in to Scoutbook earlier today. What is the parent seeing when trying to log in?
