Guardian still having issues logging into scoutbook

I have a guardian who was not receiving emails and pack event reminders over the summer. She then started getting them for a week or two and then was not getting them. Every time she logged in it asked her to set up a new password. When I tried to help her get into her account it now says her account was not found. Her account number is 14108060

@RebeccaGolueke Everything looks good based on what I can see.

I would recommend asking her to log in at my.Scouting first, and then log in to Scoutbook. At my.Scouting she should be able to click on “BSA Web Links”, and then Scoutbook or Scoutbook Plus.
