Hey all,
I’m a asst. scoutmaster and advancement chair. Through May I could log in to scoutbook and see both of my children in scout book, their units and all the units we see multiple into. I could login and add my scouts advancement info. Now when. I login I see nothing. Not my children, not the units we are part of, nothing. I’m not sure why.
The only thing I can think of that’s changed is that I was a DE and maybe when they pulled back the access I had as DE something got messed up and pulled all my access. Thoughts? I don’t know what to do since I literally can’t see or do anything in scoutbook beyond my own profile.
