With how complicated my last name is, I believe that inadvertently I had two member ids tied to my name. This makes it challenging for me to accomplish tasks in scout book and it’s always a challenge to prove which trainings I have completed.
Can someone please help me?
@BradleyVan_Schooneve my understanding is that certain membership data like full names and birthdates can only be corrected by the council registrar (or registration support staff).
Contact your council for assistance.
If I remember correctly, members can change their nickname in their profile,
