Help cleaning up scout/parent connection and duplicate accounts

Dad/Leader 140172245 wants to be connected to Scout 133318198 – Mom 14213902 is connected, but when she tries to invite Dad, his record isn’t found.

Mom also has a duplicate id that is older (133318199), and is not the one she is currently using as parent and committee member. Same email and phone number, old address. Would like them to be merged, but it’s not causing major issue now.

@CarolGee on the Dad if he is den leader of the Scout he is not found cause he is already connected to the Scout - in Legacy Scoutbook an admin or the mom can log in - go to Scout - go to connections - and find the dad - then check Parent checkbox to make him parent.

On the mom it is more complex - Council needs to help. The Mother is connected in registration to scout with 133318199 - so council either needs to change that to the other ID # for mom or needs to fix mom’s log ins so she is using that number.

Both parents should be added by Council as registration parents

Thanks! I connected the dad and I’ll pass along the info about fixing mom’s ID with Council. Should I delete the ID numbers from this thread (or are they useless to non-admins)?
