Hi I am trying to get my son set up and noticed we have two ids that need to merged. This is for Mount Baker Council. Member ids 141392706 and 141391541. Can some please merge? Thank you!
@AndrewRutherford2 BSA member ID numbers cannot currently be merged. Sometimes they can be managed (Manage Member ID) if the individual has a username at my.Scouting.
Scoutbook accounts can be merged, but this Scout only has one Scoutbook account, so there is nothing to be merged. You can just use BSA member ID 141392706 and ignore the other one.
Jennifer, I out the wrong number down. I need to merge with 140885718 and 141392706. When I was at the meeting last night the leader had a different number (one of the above) whereas I can no see advancements or anything else on my sons profile. .
@AndrewRutherford2 Your son has 2 BSA member ID numbers:
141392706 - Has his registration as a Lion
141391543
You can ignore the second one. He only has one Scoutbook account, so there isn’t anything for us to merge.
I did reset your parent connection in Scoutbook, so you should be able to log in and see his advancements now. You might need to log all the way out, then log back in again.
Hi sorry to be a pain. I logged out and back in and it still only shows “my account” on the dashboard. Is it possible to re create a login in?
