I have a parent who registered 2 scouts in our pack, and her email address is showing up as changemyemail@scoutbook.com in Scoutbook. I’ve read the multiple posts regarding this issue and I have contacted my local council office for assistance. They have worked on it for over a week (every time I call for an update, I have to repeat the same story to them), and still can’t figure out how to merge her 2 accounts so that her email shows up correctly. Any other suggestions as to how to get this resolved? I definitely miss the amazing help I use to get with Scoutbook support!
