Hey there, somehow we have ended up with a parent with an older cub scout getting set up with a separate parent account for their younger son. As a result he’s having login troubles. Previously you just used to email scoutbook support, but it sounds like that’s not an option anymore based on the autoreply I got back. I’ve added the “good” account to the younger son’s connections but can’t seem to delete the “bad” account that has the “changeyouremail” message. Is there anyone that can help me out?
