Help with a Parent account

Parent is not able to login to Scoutbook Plus, starting last week.

“Error: Your google account is not associated with a BSA profile”

When I click on the parent names under the relationships for the scout, both parents are showing as “undefined.”

Scout’s ID is 14494740.

I am the Scoutmaster for our troop. Two recently joined scouts appear on my roster and our advancement chair’s roster but their parents can not see them in the unit and can not connect to them to record advancement.

Parent 1 140711276. Can see and edit older son (140711275) but not younger son (141982520)

Parent 2 (12614333) can not see son (141959683)

Both parents are listed on scouts profiles and appear to be connected with scouts when I access SB.

@GregoryAtherton I Assume you are all using SB+? Not Legacy SB?

Parent #1 is correctly in relationship with both scouts. She might need to change the top right dropdown menu to change scouts.

Parent #2 is also correctly in relationship.

Neither has logged into Scoutbook + (advancements.scouting.org) - so that is the first main issue.
