I have a set of parents that can not log into scout book. They were able to but now they are not and don’t know why. Also the Dad has 2 accounts. They all say connected to scout. Any help I can give them is greatly appreciated.
The Dad has the parent / child “Relationship” (at my.Scouting). He should be able to log in at Scoutbook Plus under MID 137272502. This MID is using the Dad’s nickname and what I think is a placeholder DOB, but the local council can fix these issues with their Registrar Tools.
Based on what I can see, the Mom was only connected to the Scout in Scoutbook (legacy).
In Scoutbook Plus, you can go to the Scout’s profile, and then click on the “+” sign to start the process to add the Mom’s parent relationship to the Scout. There is more information on how to do that at the following link:
