Thank you - I will have her try! Ya’ll are awesome volunteers that help us out all the time. I thank all of you admins!

I have the same issue, I created an account when we first joined, and then council created one for me when they processed my leader application. I need the account listed here R. Lee Pruitt merged into the one I actually use and has the right permissions for my Pack (339 Greater Tampa Bay Area Council) which is listed as Robert Pruitt. I have previously just gotten another account is using your email notifications, but as of today, I have lost the access I had to my Den and the other Scouts in it.

@R_LeePruitt this should all be fixed now

THANK YOU!! Ive tried for 3 years to get this fixed through Council, you did it in an hour, you are awesome!

Any assistance is appreciated. Three adults each have two BSA ID numbers to merge in Flint River Council.

A 12908871 with 134393621

B 128035160 with 133289117

C 13809202 with 137302384

These are fixed -

A - I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number 12908871

B - I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. I am an adult who had her two BSA IDs merged. Yay! I can now see both my Scouts, one in Cub Pack and the other in a Troop. The Cub Pack can see me as a registered adult, but the Troop is having difficulty adding me as a registered adult to their unit. Is there a way to enable them to affiliate my record with Troop 621 in Crossroads of America council? My primary ID # is 137144597 (my other record is 134392835). I appreciate any help you can provide.

@SandraSaha The troop’s recharter has not posted yet, so you have to wait for that to happen. After it gets posted, then you should be able to log on at my.Scouting and then go to “My Application”. If your council and the troop both allow online applications, then you should be able to click on the “Multiple” button and search for the troop to register with them as an adult leader.

Please contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up your children. In the “Relationships” section, you should be listed as parent only under your primary BSA member ID number. They should remove you if you are listed as parent under any other BSA member number. Otherwise, there is a good chance that your BSA member numbers might get switched around when the units recharter.
