I can’t approve any scout that does not have a “whole” number for their miles. These miles were logged by their parents.

Still can’t approve miles that we’re submitted by the parent.
Here’s what I did with the same issue.
Open the Activity itself (picture 1), scroll to the bottom and delete the miles from the Basic tab. Then click on the Advanced Tab (picture 2) and enter the specific miles for the scout there (picture 3). Then click the green button to finish it.
If you still get the error, you can enter in a whole number, save it, then go back and edit the correct miles into the advanced tab. I’ve had to do that occasionally as well.
