how can parents check what the scout has to do for rank in internet advancement. we dont have access unlike what we had in scoutbook. it is for venture crew, no it doesnt show in scoutbook. and it does show his rank in advamcement.scouting but there is not a more button to click
@DesireGreen - are you talking about a pack ? advancements.scouting.org is the internet advancement site.
@DesireGreen you have the same access in SB+ - go to Scouts Profile and Click “More” by the correct rank
more isnt showing up by the rank, which is why I am having issue. it could be because it is for venture crew but crew isnt showing up in scoutbook just in advancements,scouting.org
Crews are not in Scoutbook+ yet - only cub scouts - use scoutbook.scouting.org for Ven Crews for now
scoutbook hasnt been showing him there since april. he is only showing for crew in advancements.scouting. council has been trying to look into it
@DesireGreen A Crew Admin needs to approve his Membership in the crew in Scoutbook.
it already was and it is showing on the crews side and council side that he is in the crew. He has been in the crew for over a year. this issue started in april
@DesireGreen - perhaps some screen shots of what you are seeing or not seeing could help
@DesireGreen When you look at the Scout’s Membership page in Scoutbook, the Scout with first initial “M.” has a current membership with a crew, but it is missing the green shield with checkmark.
The green shield with checkmark means that the membership is position approved. A Crew Admin needs to click on the Scout’s membership with the crew and check the box next to Position Approved.

I took a screenshot of your response and sent it to the cor since no one in the crew or council can figure it out. Hopefully it works. Thank you
@DesireGreen - the committee chair and crew advisor should also be able to do this.
Pick scout in question and click on them, once on the scout page click on this:
Then click on the current membership and once there:
