How do you back-out Adventures/Awards in SB+?

I have a Cub Scout who got accidently marked complete for “A Bear Goes Fishing” & “Cub Scout World Conservation Award”. For the Award, clicking on it doesn’t open any screen, so no way to try and change anything. For the Adventure, I’ve tried removing the Completion Date and/or unchecking Approved/Awarded. I select Save, and it says it saves, but the data is not updated.

@JillBarr Awards do not function in SB+ - go to SB - for the adventure is it just the finish date or the date + Requirements?

Requirements are blank. There is only a completion date on the adventure.

@JillBarr is simple - in like 45 minutes I could setup a screen share to see it if you want
