Parent shows as Scout for Pack in Scoutbook

Good afternoon,
I have a scout who is not presently showing linked in Scoutbook, but he is associated with our Pack via the nationals database (my.scouting.org). Instead, his parent shows has the scout and the parent on the account in Scoutbook.

The scout’s BSA ID is 14463719 and the mother’s is 14618686.

I tried to add the scout in Scoutbook by creating an account, but it didn’t pull in the scouts information and most likely just made an empty shell account.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

@DarrellBradford OK this is cleaned up - I am guessing someone told mother to make a my.scouting.org account but did not help - she basically entered the sons info and stole the account
