How to add adult existing member

Give it a day for them to sync into scoutbook. Then, they’ll appear on your roster and you can click their name > add position.

Is it possible to add the following adult member: 12907336

I tried to add him to the recharter and it states he should already be there.

Thanks,
Oshin

@OshinHovannesian This user was previously a Lion and Tiger Adult Partner under BSA member ID numbers:

137559562
12907336

I would recommend contacting your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up his children. In the “Relationships” section, he should be listed as parent only under BSA 137559562. They should remove him if listed as parent under any other BSA numbers. Otherwise, his BSA member numbers might get switched at Recharter, which could result in the creation of another Scoutbook account.

@NadeenZoorba

If he is the new Executive Officer, you need to work with your Council to get that updated. If he is going to be a registered leader, an adult application needs to be completed.

@NadeenZoorba - you will need to fill out the new bsa unit application form to change the IH. This is a talk to council thing

@NadeenZoorba - the new unit application is the form that lists the IH… and that has to be filled out for all units in that charter org as that person will be it for all units

@NadeenZoorba - for something like the IH change… no that is the unit app(s) submitted to council. This is WHY you should speak to YOUR council.
