How to find an email address in Scoutbook

When I send out an Email to my troops some members are receiving them and some are not. The email is also going to nonregistered people. Is there a way I can remove the email address when I do not know who’s account it is linked to? The main issue comes from using outlook accounts.

How did you determine that the email is going to unregistered people?

A unit admin should be able to create an adult roster (including parents) using Roster Builder including the adult email addresses. If it’s not in that list, it likely belongs to one of the scouts who has been invited to connect by his or her parent.

@MaryHankins - I would also advise going through Connection manager to clean up old connections. There could be parents of scouts no longer in the unit that still have a connection to other scouts.

that can be done from roster page - just click clean old connections

I have looked at every adult email address and it is not one of them. The recipient emailed back to me wanting to know she keeps getting these emails and to be removed from our mailing list. I have her name and email and can not locate it in scoutbook

I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)

Mary,

Are these coming from Send Message or from calendar reminders? Scoutbook does not remove users from reminders if they leave the unit. The Feature Assistant Extension can help you clean up your calendar invites if this is where the e-mail is coming from.
