How to link scout so he/she can access scoutbook plus? i cannot do the option of creating account because it doesnt allow as my scout is under 13 years old. does that mean that scout cannot have access to scoutbook plus to track their merit badges and other info till 13 years old?

This process works no matter the age. If under 13 there is a “I am parent” pop up
thank you! i think it might have been a glitch because yesterday it would not pop-up “parent part“
