I transferred to a new troop and I can no longer login to my Scoutbook account. I have tried logging in different ways and don’t know if there is something else I need to do. Thank you in advance for help.
@JamesDickerson1 Hi James, when you moved to your new council and troop, you got a new BSA member number and a second Scoutbook account. Your Scoutbook accounts were merged, but they were not completely synced.
Please try again, and let us know if you are able to log in.
