How to Make a Committee Member a Unit Advancement Coordinator

This is how to make a committee member a unit advancement coordinator in both my.scouting.org and scoutbook:

To do that, the committee chair, COR or unit leader (cubmaster, scoutmaster, etc.) should:

Log into http://my.scouting.org
Click on Menu in the upper left
Click on your unit
Click on Roster
Click on Position Manager on the left
Click on the Functional Roles tab and put you in as Advancement Chair
Allow 24 hours for the systems to sync up.

This will grant advancement coordinator (chair) access in both my.scouting and scoutbook
