Hello all,
We just realized there was an “oops” on recharter - We need to change one person from Asst Den Leader to Committee Member and forgot to do that. We have “finalized” it but it has not been signed by any of the key 3 - I can’t figure out how to get it back so I can edit it.

Ugh - they are so busy - I hate to add more work to their plate because I was dumb. 
Then you could wait for the recharter to post, which if your charter expires 12/31/23, it will be in January, 2024 or later, then have the Charter Org Rep use Position Manager on the roster page of my.scouting.org to change positions for this individual.
