How to update past accomplishments for an active scout

In preparation for one of our Life Scouts preparing to submit their 2025 Eagle Scout Application, I went to review his BSA History Report. While his Scoutbook is fully up to date (physical copy), not all rank requirements were indicated in his digital history report (only completion date). In the past, I have been able to complete these items after the fact to ensure that paper copies match digital ones fully. Earlier this week, I was able to enter his Scout and Second class records fully, then today I was unable to enter TF, 2nd Class, and the remaining Life req’s. The system told me to uncomplete/unaward them, so I did. Now, it won’t let me enter against what are now expired records despite the fact that those are the correct ones. I need to be able to re-enter the 2016 versions for TF, Second Class, First Class.. and literally as of a few hours ago I cannot. Please help me get these records entered accurately. He turns 18 in 14 days.

@DarinBrinkman requirements for Ranks and MBs are not needed for the Eagle process other than some Eagle rank reqs - all past ranks and MBs use only the Completion date.

You have 24 months after the Scout turns 18 to turn in the application. All requirements except the BOR and turning in the app must be done before the Scout turns 18.
