I am having an issue with the Reports Menu

When I click the reports menu from my dashboard all I get is a splash screen with a button that says “Close Reports”

Any advice?

The reports menu is working for me. What are your positions / roles with your unit?

@RichardSchickler I suspect that you have a duplicate account (possibly multiple accounts) in Scoutbook. You might need to send an e-mail to Scoutbook Support for help with merging the accounts.
