We have a Committee Member, who is also a Merit Badge Counselor. His registration had expired a few years ago, but he recently reapplied as both a Committee Member and a Merit Badge Counselor using his correct new email address. This new email is correctly shown on his my.scouting.org profile. However, his Scoutbook email link as a Committee Member (and the link that youth seeking merit badge counselors on Scoutbook see) is his outdated email. His Scoutbook UserID is 2277866. How can we help him update his email in Scoutbook when his email in my.scouting is already correct?
@BrentRichards the user can log into Scoutbook > Administration > My Profile > Edit Profile > change email himself there
