Parent not able to renew scout

Hello!
A parent is trying to renew their scout and they receive an error: “You need to select a primary position to continue”. Would you be able to clear the issue somehow?

One more in our unit. In this case, the parent was able to renewed as a leader and is connected to his son in Scoutbook, but the scout’s renewal does not show in the parent’s My Renewals tab.

The parent / child “relationships” are messed up. Ask the local council to use their Registrar Tools to look up the Scout. In the “Relationships” tab / section, remove the parent. Then add the parent back.

The parent / child “relationship” is with the other parent (mother). The local council can add the parent / child relationship between the Scout and the father.
