I have a message saying another user is using the same email address

I am having this same issue. Can I get it fixed please?

I am also having this issue. It appears the account I can log into, is my parent account but no longer have access to my den leader account as there are now two accounts under my one email and same name. the member number of the account I can log into is 10954126

@JamesShaw Your e-mail was also on your Scout’s Scoutbook account. I have removed it.

It is possible that it might come back at some point.
