I just awarded merit badges and the indicator did not turn to gold as it should, why?

@EdwardSmith2- if you are the charter organization rep then you are one of the key 3 and have ALL permissions.

I missed this fact. Yes, Stephen is correct. As COR, you already have all available permissions automatically assigned.

@EdwardSmith2 Are you marking the items Awarded in Scoutbook Plus, and then looking at them in Scoutbook (legacy)? Is Scoutbook (legacy) where you are not seeing the color change?

No I didnā€™t that I awarded date in legacy. How do I reverse from legacy and reduce as you have suggested above? I AM THE ADVANVEMENT CHAIR, GROUR 3. which gives me authority.

No I marked them in scoutbook legacy legacy and I need to know how to reverse so I can do it in scoutbook + so it will post correctly.

I went into reports and need awarding and then it goes into scoutbook. Org and I marked all who awards that needs to be awarded.

Can you expound on this? Do you mean that Legacy is not updating SB+ any longer?

I am on Advancement team for both our B & G troop, and have continued working in legacy where I have Full Control until the linked troop fixes my permissions in SB+. As with many of us volunteers, the Key 3 thinks they have updated permissions but missed something, so this has enabled some work to keep happening until we all get it figured out. (and there is no training yet, right? Just reading these forums hoping to use someone elseā€™s question & answer to solve our own roadblock)

I recently connected scout 131842858 to myself 136671536 for Family Life in Legacy. Did that not work in SB+?

@Lithigin- the mbc functions remain in legacy but all other unit functions are in advancements.scouting.org. the only other exception is pay log

They are still the same database with redirect to plus for migrated functions
