@RichardFriesner - does not appear to be the case. If you go to your account from the dashboard then your positions it should list %Unit% Admin.
@Stephen_Hornak had committee chair add me as a “troop admin” will give it 24-hours and see if IA issue fixes, but it did not automatically solve the problem.

It takes time to propagate out to the other systems, typically at least overnight. It may take longer depending on when it was done relative to the background processes that propagate permissions run.
@RichardFriesner - I would also make sure that the dropdown in IA in the upper right shows the troop admin position.

became scout book admin and this seems to have solved access issues! However the activities summary report from the roster page in IA is still not functional. THANK YOU ALL for the help.
