IA Calendar - RSVP Quick Entry issue

I am a Scoutmaster with Troop Admin permission.
On one IA calendar entry (event ID 5554506) on the bottom of the Quick Entry Attendance window I can see all the RSVP options.

For a different entry (event ID 5554511) the only option presented to me is “Remove from Event.”

Please provide the event ID (the last part of the URL) for each event. Without having this detail we can’t even start to ask the developers to look into the issue.
