IA not loading today

I go to https://advancements.scouting.org/roster sometimes it loads, sometimes it just spins. Even if it loads, the Import File button has a popup over it saying “Due to an encountered error, please be sure to cancel any remaining pending files and re-upload them for processing.” The button is grayed out, so I don’t know where I can find pending files.

I am on Firefox in incognito mode. I have done a ctrl-shift-refresh.

The browser console has a number of warnings in it:

I see a registration for you as a Committee Member. In order to have access to the Import File button, one of your troop’s Key 3 (Scoutmaster, Committee Chair, or Chartered Org. Rep.) or a Key 3 Delegate needs to add you as a Unit Advancement Chair or Key 3 Delegate.

They can add you as Unit Advancement Chair or Key 3 Delegate by:

  1. Going to my.scouting
  2. Clicking on Menu
  3. Clicking on the troop Roster
  4. Click on Position Manager
  5. Click on Functional Roles
  6. Then add you as Unit Advancement Chair or Key 3 Delegate (you do not need both).

I’m somewhat new to IA so it’s hard to tell what’s broken and what’s that way due to not having the access.
