My daughter is a Bear. She’s in the Bear den. Everything is fine with her registration. However I can mark off on anything in internet advancement because it says youth is not eligible to earn this advancement and must be registered in the appropriate den level for this rank
@EricaWheeler1 that usually the means the Scout is not assigned to the right Den level in SB+ - a unit admin can help resolve that.
What Council are you and your daughter currently in? Transatlantic or Northern Star?
You might also look to see if there’s a spurious membership in another den level, or one not assigned to a den (i.e. showing the pack rather than a den).

Erica’s issue is caused by her daugher having registrations in 2 councils.
Please do not make any changes until you hear back from me. I want the developers to look at this tomorrow because it is an issue I have been explaining to them but not had a good example for them to diagnose.

The developers have opened a story for your situation. If your pack in Northern Star Council puts your Scout into a Bear den, the system will work properly today.
My daughter will be leaving North Star as soon as this is resolved due to a move. The pack in North Star does not use Scoutbook so they won’t be able to move her up. Her primary pack is in TAC for right now.
Contact NSC and ask them to expire your daughter’s membership since she has transferred to TAC. The day after the membership is expired Scoutbook should start working properly.
