Similar to the ’ Youth not eligible for advancement but should be’ post, I have a Bear scout (#141087700) that moved to a new pack. Scoutmaster put her in the appropriate den but neither parent nor den leader can enter advancements. Is there an option for the Den Leaders/Key 3 to fix this? Thank you.
Go to the Scout’s membership page in Scoutbook and see if there is a membership for the old pack in the Wolf den. If you find one, click on the entry, add an end date and click update.
