I’m cubmaster of pack 4. Scoutbook won’t let me do anything with advancements or ordering. It says I’m still cubmaster but then tells me I don’t have access. Help
Does your CM position show a “green shield with a check mark” next to it in Scoutbook at:
My Dashboard → Administration → My Dashboard → My Positions ?
Do you also have a separate Unit Admin position listed in Scoutbook, or is it just the CM position?
@LoganRothrock1 I sent you a private message, but you have multiple BSA member numbers. The wrong BSA is associated with your Scoutbook account.
