Immediate error after uploading file

I am attempting to upload a Import file from Troopmaster. As soon as it says the file was sucessfully uploaded, I get an error message at the top of the screen saying “An error occurred while processing the file.” and nothing shows on the Pending screen. I have successfully uploaded files back in May.
