We have a Scout in our troop that transferred to our council a few months ago. She seems to mostly have the correct information, though it took a bit of effort from our council and the kind folks here to clean up her parent links.
One issue remains on the Scout (ID#141161803) in legacy SB on her account page when I look at it, it still shows the old council (Silicon Valley), instead of her current council (Greater Yosemite). It’s not a big deal, but can this be corrected?
@DavidParker7 I have fixed the council number.
The “Relationships” issue is only partially fixed. What we usually see is something like:
A is “Father of” B
and
B is “Daughter of” A
But what I see is:
A is “Father of” B
The other part is missing (B is “Daughter of” A), but can be added by the local council using their Registrar Tools.

Jennifer already fixed the incorrect Council. The connections need to be correct for Scoutbook Plus to operate correctly for the parents in 2026.

Ok. Council made the change. Do you have to wait for the nightly job to confirm we’re all cleaned up or can you see that right away?
I see both the father of and daughter of relationships.
