One of our scouts is not connected to the correct Council. In Scoutbook, his connected Council is showing up as California Inland Empire Council #045. It should be Greater Los Angeles Area #033. His ID is 132735039.
If you are just referring to the Council strip on his Scoutbook page, this is under user control. Go to the Scout’s profile, scroll down and change the Council then click Update.

I am looking at the scout’s information page off of the Roster link. The strip on the bottom doesn’t seem to let me change the council. I click (both right or left) on it, and it takes me to the California Inland Empire Council page.
If you have Edit Profile or Full Control permissions to the scout, you can go to Roster → Scout’s Name → Edit Profile, then scroll to the bottom and use the pulldown menu to change.
