The wrong date was entered and approved for rank. How can I correct it?

@JanetKoch pretty simple BUT depends on a few things - First Unapprove the Rank
Then - if all the Requirements are filled in - the date came from the last requirement - so that date would need to change.
If even one requirement is blank you can just change the overall date by selecting it
